  • Carlo Schapira (later Carlo Sorell) (Dobronowce 25 October 1904 - Florence 7 April 1991), husband: physician, volunteer assistant at the Clinica ortopedica di Firenze, expelled from the Ordine dei medici, emigrated to New York at the beginning of 1939. He returned to Italy after his retirement.
